Three more Senators and an additional House Representative have voiced their opposition to the Performance Royalty Act. Sens. Tim Johnson, Joseph Lieberman and Olympia Snowe have all signed on as co-sponsors to the Local Radio Freedom Act, with Rep. Bill Cassidy adding his support as well. The count in the House well exceeds the 220 Representatives required to defeat HR 848.
